1) Monday 3/24/08 - Spartan Ticket Office will take request-with-payment
from any Ralph Young Fund or University Development donor for tickets.
2) Tuesday 3/25/08 - Spartan Ticket Office will take request-with-payment * for:
Current Students with basketball season tickets - 1 ticket limit
Current Season Ticket Holders, non-donors - 2 ticket limit
Alumni - 2 ticket limit
Current Students without basketball season tickets - 1 ticket limit
*Priority will be given in the order above, must be picked up in person, on site
***If requests cannot be accommodated, fans will be notified via e-mail after 5 PM
on Tuesday, March 25***
Cost: $156 + $10 processing per person - tickets are good for March 28 & 30 regardless of who
advances.
Will Call: -All tickets must be picked up by the donor who ordered the tickets (PHOTO ID required)
-Tickets must be picked up on site, the Spartan Ticket Office at Jenison Field House
will not be available for Will Call.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):
1. Do I have to be a current donor to the Ralph Young Fund to request NCAA tickets?
Yes, due to the small allotment of tickets the University receives Ralph Young Fund or University Donor Society members are the only Spartan fans that can be accommodated with NCAA Tournament tickets.
***NOTE: Once Ralph Young Fund or University Donor Society members receive their requested ticket allotment, tickets will then be sold to the general public.
2. Can I join now in order to get NCAA tickets?
No. RYF members, as of July 1, 2007, are eligible for tickets. Please contact the Ralph Young Fund at 517.432.4610 for information on making a gift commitment. We strongly encourage joining now for next year’s NCAA Tournament.

4. How are NCAA tickets assigned?
The donor tickets are allocated based on RYF membership level and lifetime giving to the University. Ticket requests above guaranteed numbers will be filled after all qualified orders (priorities 1-4) have been filled at the guaranteed priority amount.
***NOTE: Once Ralph Young Fund or University Donor Society members receive their requested ticket allotment, tickets will then be sold to the general public. Please see the schedule above for dates to request tickets with payment.
5. Do children need a ticket?
Yes, everyone – regardless of age needs a ticket.
6. When will I know if I will receive tickets?
All donors who have requested tickets for each round will receive an e-mail confirming whether or not they received tickets for that round by noon on the Monday prior to that round. Those that do not have e-mail access will be called beginning at noon on Monday.
7. What if I order tickets and later decide I cannot use them – will I be charged?
The account holder of record will have until 3PM Monday prior to the round for which tickets are requested to cancel the order. Otherwise, the credit card will be charged and tickets held at Will Call at the site. The account holder of record must call the Athletic Ticket Office at 517.355.1610 to cancel the order.
